Golfers have specific needs when it comes to stretching and flexibility.  Range of motion can affect
one's swing ability, thereby, affecting one's overall game.  By learning what your limitations are, as far
as flexibility in the swing, one can work to improve by following a tailor-made exercise program. 
 
Starlet has teamed up with a PGA Golf Professional, Robert Ferguson, from Arcoloa Country Club in Paramus, NJ,  to offer a complete analysis of your swing, coupled with a one on one, personalized yoga routine to open those areas keeping you from your perfect swing.
 
These individualized yoga routines can be utilized during the winter months when the courses are closed to help keep your body in shape for the upcoming season, as well as throughout the year.
